WHICH FORM OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

We take EVERY payment method. You can select any ideal payment method after you receive an invoice from us.

HOW MUCH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE MY BOOKING?

Your date is reserved with a 50% deposit, and the remaining balance is due seven days before the event.

CAN I USE MY OWN BACKDROP?

Use a backdrop of your choosing. Printed backdrops, balloons, and fresh flowers have all been added by consumers. For suggested backdrop measurements, please get in touch with our support staff.

CAN YOU SET-UP A PHOTO BOOTH OUTDOORS?

We need a 10 x 10 tent and access to an electrical outlet for outdoor setups. Our 33-foot extension cord can assist us in reaching a far-off outlet if necessary

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET-UP?

We get there 1.5 hours ahead of schedule for setup. No worries, your package includes this time, not part of your rental period. The setup and takedown of our booth typically take 30 minutes. You can purchase extra downtime at the rate of $70 per hour if you require the booth set up before this time. To help your event succeed, we are pleased to be as accommodating as we can.

HOW MUCH SPACE IS REQUIRED?

Our standart backgrop that is included in your rental is 8ftx8ft, we advise a footprint of 10 by 10 feet, with an 8-foot height clearance. We also need a four-foot table when props are desired.

HOW MANY PRINTS DO I GET?

In the basic service one print will come from each session. Your guests can take many sessions to ensure everyone has a printed photo souvenir to take home. The amount of times they can be photographed is unlimited. After every session, your guests can scan a QR code to preview and then forward you a digital copy of the images for free.

CAN YOU GET UNLIMITED PRINTS?

You bet! By purchasing the Unlimited Prints Package everyone who participates in a photo shoot will receive a print copy.

HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT IN A SHOOT?

We can accommodate up to 8–10 individuals in our open-concept booths

TRAVEL TIME IS IT CHARGED?

Outside of the Greater Vancouver Area. Everything outside the area may be subject to a travel cost; please get in touch with us for further information.

FOLLOWING OUR DEPOSIT, WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?

We will assist you to personalize your 4 x 6 or 2 x 6 template photo. The background, template and graphics are some of the aspects that can be modified.
