How to Brand a Corporate Event Photo Booth (With Real Vancouver Examples)

5 min read by the Prismatic crew

To brand a corporate event photo booth, put your identity on everything guests touch: a custom print and digital overlay with your logo, colours and hashtag; a branded backdrop or start screen; and a sharing flow that sends photos straight to guests’ phones. For launches and trade shows, go further with a custom brand activation built around your stage or product.

A corporate photo booth has two jobs. Your team should have fun, and every photo that leaves the room should look like your brand. Get the second part right and the booth stops being a party extra and becomes content: for social, for the careers page, for the recap deck on Monday.

Here are five levels of branding, from simple to show-stopping, with examples from real events we’ve run in Vancouver.

1. A custom print and digital overlay

This is the baseline, and it’s included with every booth we bring. We design the overlay with your logo, colours, event name and date, and it appears on the printed strips or postcards and on every digital copy guests share. Send us your brand guidelines and we’ll match them.

2. A hashtag and instant sharing

Guests get their photos by QR code, email or text in seconds. Put your hashtag on the overlay and the sharing screen and your event spreads on its own. After the event you get the full online gallery, ready for your internal newsletter or recap post.

3. A backdrop that says it’s you

Pick from our library of 40+ backdrops in your brand colours, from shimmer walls to geometric prints, or go custom with a printed backdrop featuring your logo. Or skip the physical backdrop and drop guests into a custom scene: at Atout France’s Destination France 2026, every photo placed guests inside a vintage French postcard.

5. A full brand activation

This is where the booth becomes part of the experience. At Web Summit Vancouver, Dell Technologies had a giant laptop stage whose screen cycled through Web Summit, a stadium, Dell Pro launches and the speaker schedule. We built the photo experience around it: guests stepped onto the stage, and every photo carried an overlay with Dell Technologies, Windows 11, Microsoft Azure and #DellDreamDesk.

Over three days, that added up to 1,112 branded photos, every one carrying the campaign hashtag.

More ideas from real corporate events

  • Holiday parties: at PwC’s Vancouver holiday party in 2025, teams piled in with props for group shots on a branded print. Holiday scenes and props are covered in our holiday party ideas.
  • Onboarding and welcome events: at Welcome Aboard to TJX Canada, the booth welcomed the team with branded photos and props.
  • Community and Pride events: at the Rethink Pride Party 2026, boomerang clips and printed strips captured the energy of the night.
  • Milestones and anniversaries: at Simons Park Royal’s 10-year anniversary, teams posed in front of a lush green leaf wall.
  • Branded giveaways: add our Souvenir Station and guests print their booth photo onto a keychain, magnet or coaster on the spot. It’s swag people keep because they’re on it.

What corporate planners ask us

Corporate clients usually care about three things: that it runs smoothly, that it looks on-brand, and that it’s easy to approve. Every Open-Air and 360 rental comes with a trained attendant for the whole event, so your team doesn’t have to manage anything. We send a clear quote and invoice, and checking your date is free.

Corporate photo booth FAQ

Can a photo booth be branded with our company logo?

Yes. Every booth comes with a custom overlay designed with your logo, colours, event name and hashtag. It appears on prints and on every digital copy. Custom printed backdrops are available as an add-on.

What is a photo booth brand activation?

It’s a photo experience built around your brand, product or stage, not just a booth with a logo. For Dell Technologies at Web Summit Vancouver, we built the photo experience around Dell’s giant laptop stage and produced 1,112 branded photos over three days.

Which photo booth is best for a trade show?

For a small trade show booth, the Selfie Station fits in about 6 x 6 ft and is self-serve. Got a bigger space or a launch where you want buzz? The 360 Video Booth makes branded slow-mo clips. If you want groups and prints, choose the Open-Air booth.

Do guests get their photos instantly?

Yes. Guests get their photos or clips by QR code, email or text on the spot, and the Open-Air booth also prints instantly. You get the full online gallery after the event.

Do you do multi-day corporate events?

Yes. The Dell activation at Web Summit ran over three days. Tell us your schedule and we’ll quote it as one project.
