I.

The Booth.

Our wedding booth is an open-air mirror setup with a professional DSLR, so the photos look like a photographer took them, not like a kiosk. The whole bridal party fits in a single frame, the prints come out instantly, and every guest leaves with one in hand.

"Send us your venue and colour palette, and we set the booth up to match your day."

It works just as well in a Fairmont ballroom as it does at Brock House, the Grand Taj, or the Persian Cultural Centre. Clean lighting, a premium backdrop from our library, a curated prop box, and an attendant who keeps the line moving and the photos flowing.

Every print is designed to match your stationery, and every photo is saved for the guest album we design with you after the wedding.

Chapter Two
II.

The Design.

Your print template is not a template. Send us your invitation, monogram, colour palette, or wedding designer's contact, and we design a custom print that matches your stationery exactly. Same fonts, same weights, same colour system, same borders. Every guest walks home with a print that could sit next to their save-the-date.

"If your invitation has a marigold border and a hand-drawn monogram, so does the print strip."

Mockups arrive within 5 business days of your booking confirmation, and we revise until it's perfect. There's no cap on revisions. If you change your mind about the palette three weeks out, we redesign, no fee and no attitude.

Multi-language templates are included at no extra cost (Farsi, Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Mandarin, Korean, Tagalog, and Spanish) and can appear alongside English on the same print. Popular for Persian, South Asian, and East Asian weddings.

Chapter Three
III.

The Album.

The guest album is the heart of the Wedding Package, and it's what every couple messages us about after the wedding: "the album was the gift we didn't know we needed."

"Real photos from the night, with your guests' handwritten messages scanned in right beside them."

Here's how it works. On the night, each guest takes a photo at the booth and writes a message on the back. They keep a copy, and a copy stays with us, message and all. Nothing to assemble on the dance floor.

After the wedding, we design the book together with you: the real photos from the day, laid out with each guest's handwritten message scanned in next to the moment it belongs to. It's hand-finished in leather and delivered about six weeks after your gallery, a keepsake you'll actually open again.

Chapter Four
IV.

The Day.

Here's how a Prismatic wedding day runs. Every wedding is a little different, so we confirm the exact timing with you and your planner before the date.

Your rental runs 3 to 6 hours of booth time, plus an extra stand-by hour. The stand-by hour keeps the booth set up but unattended, perfect for dinner or speeches.

We get there an hour and a half before your start time to build the booth, dress the backdrop, and tune the lighting. Setup never counts against your hours.

What kind of booth is it?

Our wedding booth is an open-air mirror setup with a professional DSLR, so photos look like a photographer took them. The whole group fits in one frame, prints come out instantly, and it suits everything from a Fairmont ballroom to a cultural celebration.

How far in advance should I book?

We suggest planning about a month ahead so we can lock your date and finalize your print design. Popular dates and long weekends book up sooner, so earlier is always safer.

What's included in the Wedding Package?

Everything in a standard rental (unlimited sessions, instant prints, instant digital sharing, a custom overlay, a full online gallery, an on-site attendant, premium props, real-time filters, 30+ backdrops, and free setup and teardown), plus the wedding upgrades: an extra stand-by hour, unlimited printouts, the Black & White Glam Package, a custom 3D-printed prop of your initial, and the guest photo book album.

Can we design custom print templates to match our stationery?

Yes. Send us your invitation, monogram, colour palette, or wedding designer's contact, and we match exactly. Unlimited revisions. Multi-language templates (Farsi, Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Mandarin, Korean, Tagalog, Spanish) included at no extra cost.

Do you work with Vancouver wedding planners and venues?

Yes. Familiar with most Metro Vancouver venues: Fairmont, Brock House, Cecil Green, Sutton Place, The Permanent, Seasons, Roundhouse, Lonsdale Quay, Grand Taj, Aria, Riverside, Chinese Cultural Centre, Persian Cultural Centre, and dozens more. Certificate of insurance to your venue upon request.

Do you offer multicultural wedding packages?

Yes, it's a specialty. Custom cultural backdrops, multi-language print templates, multi-day packages (sangeet + mehndi + reception).

What is the guest album and how does it work?

On the night, each guest takes a booth photo and writes a message on the back. They keep a copy and a copy stays with us. After the wedding, we design the book together with you from the real photos and the handwritten messages, scanned in right beside each moment. It's hand-finished and delivered about six weeks after your gallery.

When will we get our album?

Your private digital gallery comes first. Then we design the book with you, hand-finish it, and deliver the album about six weeks (a month and a half) after the wedding.

Do you cover ceremony and reception, or just reception?

Typically reception (7 to 11pm) when guests use it most. Setup during ceremony or cocktail hour is free. Daytime coverage available on request: garden weddings, elopements, ceremony-only events.

What if our wedding runs long?

Rentals run 3 to 6 hours, and you can add booth time to fit your day. We'll sort the details when we quote your date, and you can decide on-site too.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit locks in your date, and the balance is due before the wedding. No deposit is required to check availability, so reach out any time to see if your date is open.

Do you carry insurance for wedding venues?

Yes, we carry full commercial liability insurance. We send a certificate of insurance to your venue upon request, which most Vancouver hotels, banquet halls, university venues, and heritage properties require.
