1. Start with the room, not Pinterest
Look at your venue at the time the booth will run. Evening receptions and dim ballrooms make shimmer walls come alive: the sequins catch the studio light and sparkle in every shot. Bright daytime rooms, atriums and garden weddings suit fabric prints: florals, greenery and patterns read clearly without needing sparkle.
2. Match your colours, or contrast them
Pull one colour from your invitation, your brand or the room’s decor. Then choose:
- Match: a Rose Gold or White Shimmer Wall for a blush wedding, a Purple Shimmer Wall for a purple brand.
- Contrast: a Black Shimmer Wall makes bright outfits and saris pop; a Plain White backdrop lets the print design do the talking.
